Annual Report 2010
I have pleasure in presenting the 2010 Annual Report of the Gibraltar Deposit Guarantee Board.
This report is made in accordance with Section 7 of the Deposit Guarantee Act 1997.
There have been no cases in 2010 that have caused the Scheme to be triggered or that have required action on the part of the Board. As I have reported in previous years, the Scheme provides an important consumer protection pillar for those wishing to use the services of banks in Gibraltar.
